rr 该法基本符合于糊精浆糊和胶水的检验。如糊精浆糊遇斐林试剂产生砖红色沉淀;动物胶水遇鞣酸、苦味酸,产生白色沉淀;植物胶水遇碱式醋酸铅产生白色沉淀;聚乙烯醇1788遇碘呈红色,聚乙烯醇1799遇碘呈蓝绿色等。r
rr 技术二:薄层色谱法r
rr 采用薄层色谱法既可以做两种胶粘剂的定性定性定量分析,又可以做胶粘剂中某一类组成的检验。由于浆糊和胶水一般都是水溶性的,通常用乙醇水溶液来提取,经适量浓缩后便可做薄层色谱层析。该技术拥有容易操作、快速的优势。r

rr 各类胶粘剂均含有有机组分,每一类组分都有其特殊的红外吸收光谱。可根据材料与定性物质的红外光谱图中吸收峰的位置、数目、形状及强度等的互相比较,得到材料与定性产品是否相同的结论。特别是对于以人工合成的高分子化合物为粘料的有机胶粘剂,红外光谱法是最基本的检验技术。r

rr 安防胶水中的粘料多是难气化的大分子化合物,需在裂解器中经高温裂解成低分子碎片。这些碎片拥有挥发性,经气相色谱法检测化验,可获得各个碎片的色谱峰,进而获得原大分子化合物的结构信息。采用裂解气相色谱图,可对胶粘剂的种类自主区分和做检材与定性物质的定性检验。可使用居里点裂解器或管式炉裂解器裂解,氢火焰离子化检测器检测化验。r
